1. Melt the butter over medium heat. When the butter is melted lower the heat slightly then add garlic
and garam masala. 2. Lower heat a little more and add black pepper and nutmeg. 3. Add chicken,
leek, mushrooms, and corn. Stir constantly until chicken is completely cooked (about 5 to 7 minutes). 4.
Add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. 5. Lower heat and stir in cream.
