8 oz Mozzarella cheese
6 oz can French fried onion rings (large can)
15 oz can artichokes - drained and chopped
1 1/2 cup mayo
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
slivered almonds

Mix, spread in pie pan, top with almonds, bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
