Crust: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 large egg 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
Filling: 8 oz.
cream cheese, softened 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter 1 box (16
oz.) box of confectioner's sugar
Heat oven to 350.
Spray a 13x9x2 baking pan with nonstick spray
Combine ingredents for crust. Pat lightly into pan, covering bottom and sides
Beat cream cheese until
soft. Then add vanilla and eggs, beat until well blended. Add melted butter, on low speed add confectioner's sugar
and beat until smooth.
Spread filling over crust.
Bake 40-50 minutes until sides areset and center is
still a little jiggly.
